Racing my Festiva this weekend

Sounds cool Wil!

I wish I could afford a Festiva, actually make that two Festiva's because I would need one for each foot (wink) (wiggle)

BTW...It is looking sweet! (thumb) How much $$$ have you laid down so far for this project? And when is the power gonna arrive?

EDIT: Nevermind about that power thing, it looks like you have already got the power in the form of an engine swap. How much HP are you running now?

s***, i should put "coming soon" next to that engine swap.

Its got the stock engine in it now. a 1.3 liter 4 cylinder SOHC 8 valve that puts out 63 to the crank. The car has 200k on it, so it is probably putting down 40-45 at teh wheels LOL, but weighs nothing.

I'm going thiis weekend to get a stock time before I start doing the swap which will be this thanksgiving. I have the engine, ecu, harness, and all that crap sitting at home. Should be fun!!

Heh! I was gonna say that you must have been a busy little bee to have gotten the swap done already :D The body kit sure looks sweet and the rims too, Good luck at the track (thumb)

:D

Your 'steevy looks badass!. I think it'd be fun to rally. I used to have one last year until I blew a bearing. It was a fun little pocket racer. :'( Have you looked at corksport.com to get your ideas?

Good luck racing. Maybe you'll get a chance for Breasitva.

so what made you decide to buy a b6-de for the festiva and not a b6t or bpt? atleast you can always mod a b6t manifold to fit onto the b6de block if you ever wanna run boost.
