Its funny though I never notice any of the commericals before buying mine. I only bought it cause I saw a red one when my dad went to buy his Miata. I almost bought the red one (Now Chandlers car), but on the day I went for it I saw the blue one come off the truck. Went next day for that one instead 
Those commercials brewed in my head for over a year before I bought mine. And even then it just popped up because I drove by a yellow one and remembered thinking they were really sporty, even though the reviews said they needed more power under the hood. I figured it was a great car to learn standard on, its got more space than the average commuter car, and someday it will make a great winter beater.
I had never seen the seatbelt guy commercial until now! Was it ever played in the States?
It reminds me of how I must look when I drive my 5, especially the last shot of him with one hand on the wheel and the other on the shifter...
