I'm wanting to replace my pre-cat. I see a bunch of places online that sells them. With the direct fit, is there anything I should worry about other than having the right gaskets? Meaning should it be just unbolt the old one, and put in the new one?

thanx

Yes, for the most part, it is as easy as unbolting all the bolts and/or nuts attaching the cat. Removing it. Replacing the gaskets. Putting back the bolts and nuts with the new cat.

You may damage a nut or bolt during removal. Be prepared to have metric nuts or bolts or be able to go to the store to get them.
You'll want to loosen the bracket holding the cat to the engine last. This will allow you to loosen all the nuts while the cat is tightly held to the engine.
