What kind of material is the outside of it? If it's a soft fleece or cotton type material, it's usually meant for indoor protection only. Outdoor covers usually have a softer lining with a heavier canvas or tarp-like outer material that's generally UV resistant. Most OEM car covers are not UV resistant and will fade over time outdoors.
