OEM: Factory Alarm: Is it possible?

I have to park in few shady areas continuously and there's no option otherwise. Is there a way to install the OEM Factory Alarm which is default in Canada models, here in US? Part numbers, installation instructions would be nice. Please: I am not interested in ANY after-market solution.

Nobody pays attention to car alarms anyway so what's the point? They are a public nuisance because 99% of the time it's not a thief and, when it is, everybody ignores it anyway. Just as in the story of the little boy who cried wolf.
