Nice suprise in the mail!

i came home today, to discover a "packet" from MAZDASPEED MOTORSPORTS, inside was a rx8 flyer, a current lineup brochure, two rev it up stickers, and a rev it up card...then there was my "contingency" pack for joining the motorsports program.

heres the catch, to be eligible for payout, i need a 26" mazdaspeed sticker on the front of the hood, or bumper, and also a 16" mazda logo with flying m on both rear quarter panels.

anyhow, it was cool.

OH YEAH, there was a 2003 calendar FULL OF MAZDAS in there too!

i have no clue why they want such huge-ass stickers, it gains me nothing, but thats what they want if i am to be eligible for any payouts...?!?!(scratch)

it'll gain you MONEY

when you start receiving prize money from Mazda for doing well in competition, you are, in effect, getting SPONSORED by Mazda... so it makes sense for them to require you to put on their stickers

i got that package the other day. the calendar is hanging next to my desk at work right now...it's still on March b/c i like the Protege ProRally car.

i'd think about the contingency program if i was going to compete in solo II nationals, but since i'm not good enough yet...as i understood it, they don't pay out $$ for winning regional competitions -- but if anyone has different info, let me know!

The stickers don't look too bad and like distantea said, put em on magnets. They're just big Mazdaspeed stickers. Plus if it wins you money why not? I got that same packet last week. That calander is awesome, I can't decide where to put it, work or home???

A Sticker or two won't hurt. I crack up when I see the cars with 50-75 stickers on them.

hes right stickers do increase hp, why do u think nascar has so many on their cars


naw but seriously, if i raced, and won, id but a sticker on my car to get money. i would never do it just to do it, thats just me though
