My New Exhaust

Ok, I posted asking about this a few days ago and decided to go ahead with it. I'm selling my Mazdaspeed exhaust and need a new exhaust for the time being. I removed the MSP muffler and had it replaced with a sraight pipe from axle back and had a rolled edge tip identical to that of the msp muffler. All I have to say, very nice. It does sound like a srt-4 but doesnt pop and s***. no rice sound here, just a deep balsy tone and when you get on it hard sounds like a jet leaving an aircraft carrier!!!! not much interior resonance when just cruising, i like it!!!

Yeah I'd like to see that too. I think if mazda was able to they should have left the muffler off too.

i wish i had a digi cam, i might be able to get a friend to take a shot. Ill be honest with you though, you cannot tell a difference by looking at it. From the outside of the car, it looks IDENTICAL to the mazdaspeed tip and when the car is on the ground you cant see any of the piping. it was a very nice job, quick, easy, cheap ($30), and sounds badass. It sounds like my friends gsr with full thermal exhaust. Actually, it sounds alot better; its ballsy sounding, not raspy at all!!!

edit: (lol) Greg, i just caught the part about fliping it on its side!!! dude, that would be cool, but would also really suck at the same time... let me think about it

Anytime after your last appt. is fine. Just call me. I can come down anytime. My office is in the sw corner of the building. We are the only 4 story building in Schilling Farms. Close to Winchester. Here's the view from my office.
