My idea for an MSP interior mod

Right below the cd player is an empty bay you can use to store CD's, or maybe add a DVD player or something.

Well my idea is to remove the little flip up cover and fabricate a piece of carbon fiber to go over the bay. In the cover I plan on putting a boost gauge as well as 1 or 2 other gauges.

Think this would be a good idea, or not?

yeah autozone sells those prefabbed gauge holder for stuff like that. I has crappy gauges in it but they can be replaced with autometers. I really want to put in a gauge pod pillar for the a/f, boost gauge, and EGT. I will put up a post when I get it installed.

Well, when I get the carbon fiber one fabricated, i'd be happy to try and make a few for others.
