MSP Stock alarm

I have an odd request. I have a new MSP and I am going away for the weekend. I don't have a manual for the car as my dealer did not provide me with one (going to get one on Monday when I submit my insurance information). I want to fool around with the settings as far as the remote and alarm sensitivity is concerned. I remember when I had my 2000 eclipse I was able to program what doors to open and also the horn chirping when the alarm activates. With the MSP I have to hit the lock button twice to hear the horn chirp. Ok I rambled enough I was just wondering if someone could scan in the portion of the manual that tells you how to setup the remote and how to fool around with the alarm settings. Thanks :)

You don't.

Well, you can adjust the sensitivity. Look around your steering column under the dash for a black box with a white knob on it. Turn the knob to adjust.

Thanks :)

Whats a good setting thats slighly ubove stock? How long does the alarm resonate when it goes off and I'm not nearby 5mins? Thanks again in advance :)

I've turned mine all of the way up due to some ongoing neighborhood problems, but a lot of people here hate it that sensitive.

I'm not sure as to the reset time, as I normally run to the car anytime it simply honks. :D

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't raise it above stock level. In fact, I am going to lower the sensitivity.. Right now if it's armed, loud exhaust, loud systems and even the fireworks set it off. I do, however, like the fact that if you come back to your car and disarm, it lets you know that it has gone off by honking several times and flashing several times. I wish it had two sensitivity levels. I want one for sound, and one for movement. Right now if you bump my car, or pull the handle and let go of it my alarm goes off. I like that, but I just don't like how exhausts and systems set it off.. Just my .02

lol one last n00b question I'm guessing that turning it to the right is what increases the sensitivity right? Thanks :)
