MP5 turbo build

i checked my line to wastagte took it off and used mighty vac hand vac and it wouldnt hold so got a new line tested new line to make sure hand vac was good and it held i put line on and tested again and it wont hold so that is telling me besides the line beibg bad the wastgate is probably still shot
i drove it and got 4 psi but then again i always get some boost when eng is completely cold. so i dunno im almost at the point of wanting to tear it apart n putting it back to NA stock(bang)

oh ya i love the extra power!!! it makes a lot better and a lot more fun to drive!!! just put on a Subaru lip, and it looking great, the lip is very nicely donated by bikingpro5!

will be uploading pics very soon

DOH! i just realized it takes pressure to make the wastegate actuator work. My tests with the mightyvac are now null and void since it actually vacuums vs applying pressure.. i gotta retest and see what i find

i used air and it moved like it was supposed to i lubed it with pb blaster too im gettin boost but not like i should be... when u replaced the line did u use clamps on them too or did u just slip the lines on?

i just sliped it on but it was a really tight fit i had to heat it up to slide it on, i beleive i used a 3/16 fuel line that i used

Well after many days of research and reading and testing n banging my head on the wall i finally found out what my issue is. i came across a most helpful post.( i love M247) here is a pic.. !0 point to whoever spots the problem

well i took the turbo off and checked that bushing.. it was barely out of place it looks like it is supposed to stick out some.. i then blew into the wastegate with arm disconnected and the arm moved the i blew in it with arm connected and blew hard and it didnt move i almost fainted lol. i then used regulated air and saw my wastegate was opening at round 2-3 psi so i adjusted the arm a bit n put her back together and just test drove it... it now shows 5 psi steady but it still dont feel like it and i still have the hesitation under boost and my afr's are still pegged at 10 and sometimes --- under boost.. i dont get y i am running so damn rich.. scratch n sniff told me this was a bolt n go kit and the msp ecu was flashed but i just dont think so

I got my self a small oil leak and ever time I drive the oil leaks onto the exhaust and it makes a lot of smoke... It looks super bad, but I think it's the drain line that's not fully on tight. But at least your got boost back just need to fix the lag

its a bit more than a lag. its still surging and pegging 10 afr's i know for a fact injector 3 seal leaks under boost and my bov leaks a lil bit too so im wondering if those can be the culprit.. i used torque today and watched my timing get advanced under norml cruising but as soon as it hit boost it retarded it almost to 0 . and my fuel trims are off the wall lol something like 99.2

where is that in the torque app? i would like to see becuase i been having issue with my boost in 1st gear and sometime 2nd, i would get 5-6psi and the it goes to 0

started with taking out mani and cat

then FMIC
