Mazda TSB 187460 CORROSION ON UPPER SHROUD CAUSING POOR APPEARANCE

I'm looking for the Mazda TSB 187460 - Corrosion on Upper Shroud Causing Poor Appearance.
Anyone know where I can get a copy?

Do you know when was it issued? What vehicles involved? I can't seem to find it on identifix. The number looks odd, Mazda uses different numbering system...

I don't think this sounds like a CX-5 TSB. Where did you get the number?

It's for a 2013 Mazda CX-5. The TSB is 09-043/14 . Issue Date: 2014-10-10. Copy and past error on my part. I see it listed on the Free TSB Search site but it doesn't display that TSB.
