Anyone else has a real hard time getting through with them. I've been calling the same exact person that is suposedly the point of contact for all hesitation issues but it has now been 2 weeks with no response. I'm getting a little upset, ive been patient for months now, its time to see some results. :mad:
 
Sorry about the confusion but I mean like reaching a particular person over there. I can get a hold of a cs person over there but there is this one in particular that is suppose to handle all the hesitation cases and this person is impossible to get ahold of. She seems to be never at her desk and she seems to not be able to check her voicemail.
 
I have tried calling them for the same reason, they always tell me that I need to go to my local Service Dealer. I really want this issue to get to somebody the can really do something about it, but I haven't have any luck.
 
The person that you need to talk to is Susanne at (800) 222-5500 extension 1142. She is suppose to be the one thats on top of this. You can try calling her but chances are you'll never get her to actually call back.
