Backstory:
Pulled the radio and was looking at the Aux (Tape) pin-out on the radio of my 06 Speed6. Took a Volt meter to it and it sparked, killed EVERYTHING.. I don't have dome lights, I can't start the car, I can't even LOCK the car..
I suspect the Main fuse took a dump, and in my n00bish haste, proceeded to pretty much mangle it before I realised "Hey, dumbass, this thing is bolted to the fuse block"..
I've got the Service Manual/DVD, and the "helpful" instructions for lifting the fuse-block to get to the bolts that hold the main fuse in.. I see the tabs, but I cannot for the life of me get the damnable block to lift from the surround..
Anyone got any helpful hints or tips on how to do this?
