I bought one but they told me at the audio shop not to even bother to install it because I was not going to get the deep bass I was looking for.

I have the kicker hideaway sub installed under my front passenger seat. It's awesome, perfect fit and deep bass. I fit the adjustment knob at the drivers panel because the bass is too intense and I like the ability to control it for some music. I am not sure what your looking for, but for me its great.

Hey sixspped, I will really appreciate some help sharing the install process info.

Could you describe the installation for me? I want to plug it to the Touring touch screen unit, is there additional cables or something else I need to get?
I want to install it under the passenger seat too. Where did you place the remote volume?

what about the hvac vents under the pax seat? did you just cover those up?
