Do you guys use the speed as your main car or do you have a beater that you drive around? It seems like you dump a lot of money into the car. I'm trying to hook mine up. Slowly but surely. Do you think its worth getting all these mods since it is my main car and I am putting mad miles on it.

doublebase - alot of our clients (even though they have monster's as daily drivers) do drive their cars daily.

One thing when you modifiy a car is this. Will you get pleasure from driving it day to day? Enjoying your car to the fullest is what being an enthusiast is about.

That's the reason why we don't build any trailor queens. All of the cars we build for customers are either daily driven or their "toys" for the summer.

My msp is my daily driver for now, but i am in the process of finding me a beater, just to drive back and forth to work, i work in retail and the parkinglots are full most of the day, i just cant stand the thought of my car being hit by buggies and other ppl doors or prying eyes. So im buying me a pos beater that'll get me form a to b. mostly just for back and forth to work, but knowing how bad i am. i'll end up modding my beater ;op. hence why im looking for a diamond in the rough, like a second gen rx7 or something that needs a few repairs and is drivable yanno.

oh snap i feel the same way, some people are just careless idiots :wtf:

no s***, and being our cars dont have the door moldings id remove them if they did but still principal ya just cant have nice things without someone wanting to **** with it.

It is just my toy.... Not that I am loaded with cash or anything, but my company provides me with a company vehicle to drive home, to work, or anywhere else... So I had the extra $$$ to get this car and start playing with it. I used to tinker with the NA American muscle cars for a long time before I got my first company vehicle a couple of years ago, then I just sold them and drove that for a while... I dunno, I didnt need the msp, but damn... what a beautiful car! had to have 1... I missed having something to tinker with. So I got it. This is my first turbo car, and I dont know much about those yet, but I am learning... mostly thanx to u guys here on this forum... (thumb) THANX GUYS!!!

P.S. Now if someone could just tell me what that damn growl is under my hood...... (hear ya)

Daily driver. And autox competitor. These machines were made to be driven and enjoyed. And that's what I do. I take care of the maintenance and use top quality parts and fluids. But then I go out and take the car to the edge on the track / autox course. That's what the engineers did with it and that's what I want to do with it.

No garage queens for me! Drive it MORE than you clean it.
