interior dome lights

i just received in the mail today numerous sets of led bulbs, size 194. this is the size for the front and rear interior dome lights. the front dome has 2 screws when you open the glasses slot. i removed them but it doesn't come out with ease, and im scared to just rip it down and break a clip or something needed to hold it up. for the rear dome there is no exposed screws so i stopped there. im assuming with some wiggling of the good old flat head it will come out, but before im surprised and have dangling domes, i figured i would ask here.

my question is how do i remove them without damaging them? i would like to think i'm being original by doing this for the 6's, but i highly doubt it.

my apologies, i should have spend 34 seconds on google rather than the 3 min it took to write this thread. i found a thread on another forum and ill just provide the link for anyone who comes across this and wants to do the same

EDIT: that was kind of gay that it wouldnt let me link up to another mazda forum, anyway just type in google "mazda 6 dome light" its the 4th sub-link off the first link provided

You make your post at 10pm and at 2 am expect to have a reply? Dude most people are sleeping in the overnight hours...
Generally give 24 hours for a realistic expectation of a reply....

you right, my mistake. im used to another forum where there are active posters 24/7

for the front... take out the screws, put a screw driver in there or something to help it pop out... dont put too much pressure, put like a small cloth over it so it doesnt ruin the plastic...

for the rear.. do the same just pop it out... there are no screw thats why its easy. so just pop it out with a screw driver or something thin.. let me know if you have any further questions
