I-Stop operation logic

Hi,
I have the 2016 Cx-5 FWD, 2.0.
When I stop on a traffic light the I-Stop is activated an the engine is shuts down. Then, after some time it runs again, but it will not be ready to shut down again in this session until i roll several meters forward.
Can someone explain this behavior?
Why it is not getting ready again until i move a little?

I don't yet own a Mazda - but the cars I've driven with i-stop automatic measure the energy stored and only shuts down the engine if it is safe to start it again. If this is incorrect, then please correct me

That's the question, what you mean "safe to start again "?
The conditions are engine temperature, battery charge and A/C.
According to the screen, after several seconds of the second run the conditions are fine, but it's still " not ready" .
