Hello best forummers,

Ik was looking for information over de installation and i saw this website. This really fine to see this site.

I need your help about de steering wheel adapter of Pioneer (ca-p-ri.136). I bought this one 2 day ago from a dealer of Pioneer en i had a Pioneer AVH-P5100DVD. I connected just everything just correct but the volume and the another options of the wheel don't working.

I saw 3 cables on this adapter but i didn't know where had to i connect this cables. For more information about the cable see this: http://www.pioneer.nl/images/products/carhardwiredremote/pioneer/ca-r-pi.136_large.jpg

Can you help/tell me please where have to i connect those 3 cables? Did i buy a correct product? Why doesn't it works?

Kindly regards,

Do you have a part number?
I can't seem to find this pioneer part anywhere.

Your dealer refuses to help you?
That is where you should go first.

Hi mero, you probably mean Pioneer part CA-R-PI.136: http://www.pioneer.eu/eur/products/25/38/18211/CA-R-PI.136/index.html?

What 3 wires are you talking about? It seems that the 3,5 mm remote control plug is the important one. The solo green and grey (or violet?) cables are marked in the photo as reverse gear and parking brake, I'd think volume etc should be working even without those...

@ Northern and the another friends,

First of all, thank you very much for your help/comment. I couldn't fix it alone and therefor i've called to dealer of Pioneer. The problem is fixed in the meantime.
