how to wire A'PEXi turbo timer in 03.5 MSP

i have a mazdaspeed protege and i want to install a turbo timer that i got from a buddy in it. its a A'PEXi turbo timer. theres the timer that has a wire running to a black box. the black box has a RED, BLUE, and GREEN wires coming out of it. these wires a thick. then it has 3 smaller wires. a BLACK with brown lines, WHITE with brown lines, and GREY with some brown lines.

does anyone know where to connect all these wires without getting a harness??
