How big of a injector do I need

I am looking and calculating but I got 450cc injectors and IIRC I found those injectors to big
will be aprox at the 200-250whp range any input will be great

What fuel? There isn't really any such thing as injectors that are too big, the only problem you will have is idle mixture with large injectors.

Stock injectors should work otherwise go with some wrx injectors. Kinda depends on how worn the injectors are too

Main thing is you want sufficient fuel pressure that you obtain as close to possible ideal spray.

But seriously, if its a real turbo you might be able to get 6-8 psi, and that's pushing stock internals
