Help with roof side rails please

Does anyone know the thread /screw size of the mounting holes for the cross bars ? I'm not mounting the bars but would like to cover those holes. Thanx

Does this thread help? I just was looking for the same thing, as I just installed the OEM rails and want to protect the mount holes like you. Not quite sure what I'm seeing....a T30 Torx (assuming one wants to match the head) that's 20mm long and with a 1mm thread pitch?

FYI, Mazda also sells just the hardware for the OEM cross bars in a "service kit":
