Heated Mirrors in the GT

I keep seeing references in other posts to heated mirrors in the GT version of the CX-7.

I have a GT and have yet to find the heated outside mirror control button/knob.

Is it a situation where the mirrors are automatically heated when the heater is running?

If you trigger the rear window defroster, it is part of the loop.

Yeah, seems like a lot of new cars today trigger it this way
