M MI_Blue Member Oct 2, 2009 #3 Installed 3m Headlight Protector In the North where salt is used, the plastic lenses can get pitted. The application of this product was relatively easy. Make certain you have the alcohol & water solution readily available. Also use the hair blower to keep the 3M plastic pliable.
