show up dressed very nicely)shirt,tie,all that good stuff) make sure you address the judge as sir or mam, be very polite. they don't like hearing excuses so don't make any up, be honest with them but don't tell more than you need to. odds are you can get the ticket notched down to disobeying a traffic control device or something like that.less points on your license, less of a fine, still got the fee's which sucks a big dick but hey,what are ya gonna do?

follow these steps and you'll be on your way to a lesser slep on the wrist. or go out and get a lawyer or see if you can pull some strings with a friend who knows the district attorney. it always pays to know people

Well, I had some rough luck the other day too! I was going on I95 here in Philly after seeing a movie, and I was cruising at like 70 in a 55mph speed zone, but sped up momentarily to pass some cars, and got off the next exit. Don't you know there was a cop RIGHT behind me? I was like WTF!? Pulled me over and said he tracked me doing 82 in a 55 zone. Anyway, he wrote me the ticket ($178!!!) and I went home. 3 days later, I went through a YELLOW light (well ORANGE), and a cop pulled me over. I asked if it's ok to go through yellow, and he was a smart ass and told me that he saw me go through red. After some conversation, he still wrote the ticket. Now WHY would I go through a light RIGHT AFTER getting pulled over a few days before?

Anyway, I'm fighting both! It's not worth the points and the money for cops to do that. What do you guys think?

I think you should slow your ass down and quit running red lights. It's one thing to go 60 in a 55, or a little more, but quite another thing to be going 82. You deserve both tickets.

Man, what crawled up your ass and died? If you would have read what I wrote, i admitted to the speeding, but the light one was bulls***. I didn't go through red, it was yellow.
