Got a question for the Force fed guys about spark plugs

I have often heard .35 mentioned with the gapping of the sparkplugs, now is that in mm?? The spark plug gapper reads .020-.030 and so on. Am I to assume it is in the middle of .030 and .040?? THanks.

Yeah deep, like I was telling you before gap them to .35, I am unsure what measurment is utilized on the gapper but they are all standardized so .35 is the same on all gappers.

Ok thanks guys.......now my next question would be what is the correct amount of torque applied for tightening the NGK spark plugs with a .35 gapping?

They're thousands of an inch. 0.040" = 1 mm.

Plug gap makes no difference on torque. Tighten like normal.
