Thank you for your concern, yes i am in the hospital with Leuikimia which is a form of cancer in the bone marrow. I'll be out tomorrow, but then come back for more treatment Dec 19-26. I'm used to it already, but hopefully soon it will all be behind me since im currently in remission.

On a serious note, I hope you do get better. Even though I give you s*** and disagree with the way you comment in your posts, I don't like to see anyone ill.

I too, though do not like the person you portray yourself to be through your posts, hope you get well. My girlfriend of 3 years is dealing with cancer at the moment, so I feel for you. I will not say that I know what your going through, as no one, even if someone close to them is sick, can know what its like without going through it.

I don't know what Rider has made me out to be but im sick of everyone judging me. If you read my first 150+ posts they are all nice and peaceful, i am really a nice guy. The first time i got out of hand was when Rider bashed me for teasing my friend which i felt was uncalled for. Every post since then has been Rider related or sarcasm, like when i said "i guess its because my car is the best", as you can see from my previous posts i do not think my car is better than anyone's, however i think imitation brands and always will. My only posts "dissing" anyone's car was to Jrtek and he knows i was joking so i don't feel i did anything wrong. To answer your question Rider, yes the gerbil survived lol. Enough of this b/s, its time for me to return to being myself and stop this kiddie stuff. APC for life, Peace!

I have lost 3 people very close to me in the 2-3 years to cancer and it never gets any easier. So I wish for to have the strength to make it through both physical and mental. Hope you don't get as low as your car or you may be in trouble. j/k Keep your spirits up. i know from experience that hospital stays are the pits. Well hope you get well soon and get back to racking up the mileage.

hey all...

i know this thread was started for yellowbagged, and i really dont mean to intrude... and i also really do not know why i feel so comfortable tell all of you this... but we've have created a good home here for each of us and its a very warm and loving environment when it needs to be.. so here goes...

as i mentioned above, my girlfriend is "fighting" cancer... well... two days ago her mother called her and gave her even more disturbing news...

her mother was ***** almost 2 years ago (this was not news, this had been dealt with previously)... and apparently she found out 1 year ago that she had been infected with AIDS. She hadn't felt the need to tell her daughter untill recently, and I'm not sure why. This was a huge bomb to drop on her and myself, and now we have one more thing to deal with. Each have less than a year estimated left and i dont know how im going to deal with them both going... let alone how either of them can be so strong right now.. I am a mess...

but it makes me feel just that much better knowing that there are good people out there wishing others who are in poor health the best of luck.

The best advice Protege01MP3 I can give is do what ever you have to so you don't have any regrets when there gone.

There is always a chance that doctors are wrong and a year with cancer or aids is alot of time for a recovery of sorts to decent health.

I hope all goes as well as possible and each of the ladies in your life recover to a better state of health. Sorry I can't bew of more help but I sure I speak for alot of the board members in saying we'll always be here to lend advice or just an ear, well an eye in this case
