Free (or real cheap) custom tune for someone in the San Antonio, TX area...

As I told you in at least 5 emails that you and I passed back and forth; its not a matter of "tough s***" its a simple matter of you were told all along it was going to be a long way down the road to get your oddball ecu cracked.

I also told you that IF you were to simply find someone else to step into your place, I would "transfer" the license to someone else, and you could get ALL your money back since you gave up and sold the car. Offer still stands

Go read the last email I sent you. It had a good offer. And that refund was 57%, not 100%. That partial refund was sent before any mention of license transfer.

FYI:
Joe (DT owner / operator / one-man-show) has hired an employee, Matt aka "OrangeVirus". So Joe (DT) has some help now, but OV has a really bad rep on at least one group/board I'm familiar with for his tunes damaging client's engines previously. Whether or not he has learned how to tune or not remains to be seen I guess. At least from the one-sided story I've heard, I hope Joe micro manages this really closely for the foreseeable future.

luckily i don't need it any longer. I had sucked up water in my CAI and did't know if insurance would cover it due to the CAI. Luckily they covered it and replaced my engine. I should be picking up the car tomorrow.

I'll tell you what.... I told you that you would get a free or cheap tune for helping out. I like to think I'm a person of my word. So with that I'll say you can have MY tune.

It is pretty much given that DT will never refund my money. However he did indicate if I referred someone over and they purchased a tune he would then transfer my license over to that buyer and send me a refund after that. So unless DT objects, giving you my tune is essentially doing the same thing..... You get my license, cable and tune that I've already paid for but couldn't use.
