Hey guys, I'm just wandering if i should get and ebay fmic or a msp direct bolt on. Are the ebay one's complicated to have put on? do they work good? Also i am having trouble finding a direct bolt on via internet any help?

No, ebay FMIC kits are not bolt on. You will have to custom make your own pipe routing and such. They work awesome and is a great cheap option if you dont mind the custom work.

I suggest checking this thread: [h=3]How To: Ebay FMIC[/h]

do you know possibly how much it would be to have a shop custom make the piping and put the kit on for me?

quite a bit I'm sure.

The ebay kit cost me under $300 including the kit itself, some extra couplers and a TurboXS BOV. Just have to do the work yourself.

If I were to have someone ask me to install the CX Racing kit on their MSP at my shop, having done it myself, I'd probably charge 5 hours of labor. It took me about 2-2 1/2 hours to do the work, but it's somewhat of a hassle. I had the laptop pulled up on the How-To thread to get some ideas of how I wanted it routed. I was doing it in my shop with all the necessary equipment and tools, so it was a lot easier than doing this in your driveway. I'd definitely recommend the eBay kit if you're wanting to save money.
