ELectronic Boost Controller Probs

So I get my Colder plugs in the other day and install them so I can turn the boost up on my Greddy Profec B Spec 2 EBC. So I go out and tune it and get it to hold 9-10 psi spiking at 11. Now the most it has ever spiked was 12 psi during the tuning. After i get done I come home check the hoses and everything make sure no eaks ect. Next day I get in my car to go to work and now the HIGH setting only holds 4-5 psi!!! WTF. I did not touch anything. I can get it to spike at 9-10 but then it holds at 4-5 psi. Even the low setting will hold at a max of 6psi when before it was at 7-8. When I turn it off the stock pressures are the same and no change at all. I dicked with all the settings and no matter what it wont hold over 6psi.

Do you think this is the Boost controller going bad?? I have no clue so any suggestions would be appreciated.
