Hello, yesterday my dash lights stopped working. With car on or off, they won't light up. The turn signal indicators still work, but the other lights don't

A few days ago we were on a VERY bumpy road, and then a dirt road. I washed the car after getting it dirty and that's when I noticed it...

What could it be?
