CX-5 Owner ages?

45 with a '25 cx-5 NA...my first cx-5 but 2nd mazda...had a '05 mazda 6i prior to my previous vehicle

also had quite a few run ins with the troll (with the car god complex) in question starting very shortly after joining the forum in question...which is the reason why i joined here as well...him being a mod makes sense as he seems to have access to info that is not available to other forum members...i still mix it up with him once in a while over there for fun...i know he still views this forum as a visitor since he is always claiming that a lot of his posts are copied and pasted verbatim here and that the other forum is the "most viewed Mazda forum of its type on the internet as far as members and visitors" whatever that means which also seems incorrect judging by the member count here vs there and the number of new posts each morning when i visit each forum

The green troll we speak of is knowledgeable, but he isn’t as knowledgeable as he believes himself to be. I worked a career in an oil refinery making all common fuels, and that fella tried to preach to me about it. 😂

I'm 72 this is my first Mazda (2.5 NA). My previous 4 vehicles all had V6 but now I drive 90% locally running errands. My CX-5 was a demo sitting in the showroom; next to it was a new 2021 Signature 100th anniversary edition pearl white with the gorgeous red interior...I was tempted to get it but figured it was not worth the extra money for just doing my groceries. :ROFLMAO:

I am 67 and this is my first Mazda. Drove only SAAB's from 1995-2021, would've gotten another but they went out or business. Chose the CX-5 because of the turbo. No regrets.
Turbo makes the the CX5 more fun to drive, especially if you can afford the 93 octane.

69 here, driving a '24 Turbo P. It's CX-5 # 4 since my first in '15. Before the '15 I had a '09 Mazda5 that I really liked but no AWD. The first three were leased, the '15 was gray and the '17, 20 and now owned '24 were/are all Soul Red. Didn't care when they were leased but the '24 has PPF on the hood since I own it and will for a while since the new ones do nothing for me.

I’m 78 and my wife is 65 we both drive CX5s. When it came time to replace her prior car, she wanted an SUV/CUV for the first time. She was in no hurry, so I researched what fit her driving profile and was safe, reliable, and offered good value for price. I chose a ‘24 CX5 Preferred and she loved it. After a year of ownership that included a winter with a lot of snow, which is unusual for North Carolina, I also decided it was something I might enjoy. In March, our daughter’s car got totaled by a deer so we gave her the ‘24, and my wife got a new ‘25 Preferred. When I found out they were changing the ‘26 model, I didn’t care for the changes and bought a ‘25 Turbo Premium 3 weeks later. Very happy with all of them. Interesting that the colors are red, white, and blue. lol.
