Krotine, Did you do that box yourself? I have been thinking of doing 2 10" one in each rear corner or just one 12" on the side with the jack and want to do it out of fiberglass but have never made a sub box from FG. I have had a little experience with FG but not all that much. Any guidance you could give would be greatly appreciated. Maybe a website or a book with some good how tos if you know of any. Found a guy that would laminate a piece of CF over the front of the box, all I would have to do is provide him with the fiberglass box already made. Oh and cruisin creations since I didn't offer any help and I don't like to thread jack check out Cagivas setup. By far the best I have seen in a P5 it is in a thread Finally finished 2002 P5.

The page that I linked to belongs to me. You were right by remembering that it was used for 2 JL10W7s. I was scanning through the custom box pics on SoundDomain and saved a few of them.

I created my box from only a picture and a little imagination. The original box, which belongs to "BigWoofer," can be viewed here...

ok so I will ask again, Does anyone know a good resource about fiberglassing. Or perhaps even a good place to buy materials. I really want to get started on some of my ideas. Like one question I had was just on the structure. I mean is fiberglass all theat you need or is a wooden subskeleton required. also thinking about custome kick panels for the front. maybe back too. Possibly get some into production for sale if all goes well. But I am going to be my own guenie pig on this one. Come on MP3 NH where do you guys at tweeter learn to do it and where do you get your material from?

You must have a very good Circuit city buy you if they will do glassing. the ones up here don't even have table saws

yea my table saw is in a closet so the dm will not see......cuase they do not like us doing any type of custom work.......
