Careless drivers - BEWARE

My poor bro-in-law was sitting at a stop light in his self refurbished classic V-12 sweet black jaguar and was slammed in the @ss by a carless WOMAN driver in a rental car. Seems this barely speaking english gal wasn't paying attention when approaching the clearly red light. Luckily, my bro-i-l keeps a safe distance from the cars ahead of him, but his car received thousands of $ of damage that may have bent the frame in addition to paint, chrome damage. On top of everything else, this clown is driving a rental because her car's in the shop due to a recent rear end collision. Some people just shouldn't drive. Thankfully, my in law didn't punch this goober. Alas, I wonder what you might have done? My in-law's blood, sweat, and tears were put into restoring that car that he's worked on over 2 years!
