Can't seem to find a Cold Air Intake for MSP

Yes I am a newbie so please don't flame on me too hard. I can't seem to find a cold air intake for my 2003 MSP. I heard K&N Makes one but can't find it anywhere, can someone please help me out with name of it and the part number as well. Will installing it void the factory warranty as well.

Injen has an intake available, but the K&N is still in development. I'm unsure about others, but many have made their own... I may look into something like that from a local import shop. Maybe I could have them powder coat it orange or get it painted spicy orange while they touch up my car... HMMMM...
