CAI on 5GT Auto

Is it just me or it really feels like I lost hp other than gain some?
Does anybody has dyno before and after CAI?

Off the line I found the car to be slower with the CAI installed.
On the hwy I find that accelerating to pass is better with the CAI.....I guess I'm stating the obvious given how a CAI works.
But you're right, the Fujita is loud....you'll get used to it.

I've thought about installing a CAI, in particular a K&N FIPK, but the lag CAI systems put on "off the line" launches makes me think twice. For now I opted for a K&N drop in filter....better air flow, little performance gain, and no lag. Just my $0.02

It's sorta dissapointing to read that no CAI has a clear advantage.

For the money spent on CAI's - it'd be nice to see improvements aside from more engine noise (which isn't a bad thing).
