I really like the chase scene from Transporter, so I picked Other. The Bullit one was awesome, too.. haha, my dad showed it to me right when I started getting into cars :D

Here's a little fact about Ronin that not many people know about. The sounds from the cars were actually recordings of motorcycles and not cars. They just altered the sounds a little to make them sound a little deeper like car engines.

I sill want to see that one (Transporter). I heard that was a kool movie.

Bullitt is the original, therefore the best. But I think it looses some of it's appeal because there's so much more technology today whether it be cars, camera angles, effects, etc. Ronin is my favorite on that list and I'd have to agree that the chase scene in The Bourne Identity was good too. I feel like watching Bullitt is like watching Deliverence today. You know it was ground breaking then but it just looses a little shock value because of its age.

Well to answer everyones question I didn't forget any of those movies. I love Bullit and the original Gone in 60. But I wanted to keep all of the movies somewhat current in order to insure that the most people could participate and we wouldn't get alot of the younger guys and gals on the board ticked for leaving them out. I am actually now going to start another poll on classic driving chase scenes. Which will have to include : Bullit, Original Gone in 60, The Italian Job, Cannonball Run, And of course Smokey and the Bandit. Anyone have any other suggestions.

I CANT DECIDE!

it is between Ronin and Who Am I...... AHHHHHHHHHH

ronin......
no....
who am i......
ronin.......... who am i...... DAMMIT!

how bout this: i like ronin for the length and the near closeness, the many turns and twists, and robert deniro kicking ass!

who am i for that amazing original body spining.... i would pay lots of money to see that in real life! jackie chan is the master of stunt work! EVO KICKS ASS!

Best chase ever, short but sweet.

in the beginning of "Gone in 60 Seconds", Porsche Boxster vs. Honda Civic.

I'm For BULLIT....Gone In 60 seconds was good, except when he jumped the traffic, that looked so fake.......how about that mini cooper scene in the Bourne Identity....pretty funny seeing a mini flying down a flight of stairs....:D

HAHA Cannonball run, damn thats old school man.Hey i think Jackie Chan was in that movie too.He was racing in some riced out hatchback or van of sometype with all kinds of computers and s*** inside.HAHA thats too funny!!

That was a mitsu Starion, My buddy has the rebadged Chrysler Conquest TSI, sweet ride, and fast as hell when it not broken.

I vote for Ronin, sweet chase scenes!

BEST CHASE EVAR : The Blues Brothers, last half hour. Most squad cars destroyed in a single film to date. How could anyone forget the Bluesmobile backflipping off the then-unfinished Chicago skyway and the hellish action on lower Wacker Drive?!?!? Or the shopping mall?!?!?

Jackie Chan - Thunder Bolt

FTO Vs. Skyline GT-R R32 + GTO Vs. R32

or Condorman lol (for the time period)
