Anyone Else Have a Newer Eclipse Headunit

Now I like Eclipse don't get me wrong- I've always had Eclipse headunits. And my new CD5442 is great- it's even got a 5v preamp outs on it. My problem is the "new" rotary knob system. I'm not talking about the main knob for volume but the smaller one on the outside that controll tuning the stations. Has anyone noticed that they are very lose and shakey. Usually this isn't a problem, just the way they designed it, however mine is constantly making a noise as I drive. The vibration of normal driving causes the darn thing to "squeak" as it vibrates! UGH Anyone have a newer Eclipse headunit and noticed, and/or fixed the problem?

I hae never had a customer complain of this or seen a demo model do it.

I checked the model they had in the rack in the store and the tuner knob seemed wobbly too. And the only way to hear the annoying noise it makes is to have it in your dash and drive.

I'm trying to get rid of all the rattles and creaks, because my last car was full of them and I HATED it. Now it seems all the ones in this car are a result of thing I did to it via installs. (heatunit and kit) but in due time I WILL fix it.....one way or another.
