my dealership service dept sucks, every time ive gone there with simple problems they find a way to screw me .
when i first bought my car it had a slight ghost line on the hood ,
they said NP well take care of it .i leave it there over night and they some how manage to turn a faint line into some weird dent.
i flip out and there paint guy actually tries to blame me!
they fixed it eventually....
i get a screw in the side wall of my tire and bring it to them for warrenty and they send me all over town on a frikin doughnut , because they didnt relize the tire warrenty exsisted. half a tank of gas and a fewphone calls finnnaly got them to replace it.
then they screw up one of my lug nuts while doing it

and finnaly yesterday i call at noon to make an appointmnt for the "flash" they told me to come in befor 3 today.. so i show up and he tells me that now i have to leave it over night or drop it off in the morning ... i thought it would only take an hour or so.
so does any one know of any service deps in north VA that doesnt suck.... i pulled alot of strings with my boss today to leave early, lost alot of over time etc.. im done with rosenthal mazda in arlington P.S. sorry for the ranting

call mazda north america and b**** at them for not having a decent service center at the same place you bought the car. romor has it they are pretty particular about how thier dealerships treat customers

thanks maybe thats the next step, the guy i keep getting stuck with just plain sucks, he acts like im bothering him .
and im always nice as hell to them , the service manager litterly took off in the back when i got there today, ... he remembers me from the tire/hood.
and honestly there sales dept kicks ass , even the sales manager is pretty cool . but i rather drive some where then leave my car over night there again with there service dept

tell whoever you talk to at mazda n.a. that you think their sales department is great but their service sucks. I had a few complaints with my dealership and made a call or two out west and lo and behold things got real smooth at the dealership. there is still one guy out there that doesnt like me, i must have gotten him in trouble but he sucked balls and i was tired of taking his s***. I really do think that mazda is concerned about the image its dealerships portray and that they will try to correct it.
