Aftermarket GPS installation

I am looking to upgrade my 2006 Mazda5 sound system because I would like to have GPS and bluetooth capabilities.

Here is the stereo I am looking at http://www.ebay.com/itm/171373508454 its a cheap Chinese unit.

What else might I need, the stereo said it works with steering wheel controls are there any other harnesses that I will need?

I posted info on the unit I put in my 07. And the backup camera install. You sould be pretty happy with it. the steering wheel controls use a standard CANBUS wireless conection, thats should be the box pictured on your wireing harness.
