99 protege bumper conversion

I am trying to convert an 03 MSP bumper to a 99 protege es. Anyone done this conversion or know how to cut it?

corksport was selling the whole conversion but i dont think they have it anymore, oh and u can also check the protegegarage.com, i think theres the conversion too, but for my personal opinion, i suggest you do the sport20 familia conversion, i did that one.

Do you mean you're trying to put an 03 bumper onto a 99? Or change to a 99 front end on an 03? Or an 03 front end on a 99?
