I've got a car here that has non functioning windshield wipers. The 20A fuse inside the cabin for the wipers is good. The squirter nozzles work. Anyone ever tackle this before or know exactly where to check next? I'd rather not have to pull the car apart aimlessly.

I am having some serious issues getting my wiper blades off! I can unlock the U shaped lock, but they still won't come off. Has anyone else had difficulty with this? The first time I replaced them it was easy, I am not sure why I can't get this set off. HELP!!!
