Hi, Seatbelt issue: The belt now only extends from one side of the retractor (the smooth side), the other side at the bottom came out. Car is Mazda3 2021. Has anyone dealt with this before? What fixed it? Does it need a complete seat belt change? Thanks! Pictures are attached.
