Bump for my MP3 that averages 30 mpg on mixed and 34 highway. Gas prices seem to be heading back up....

Talkin to my girlfriend about it. She like my blue one so i'm telling her to get this one. I'll even possibly buy it for her. I'm picking up a mazdaspeed protege with a blown motor soon and i'm gonna fix it and sell it. We'll see how much i can get out out of it. I'll also try to get her to sell her celica definitely interested. Are located by fairfax?? I was in VA for a little and saw 2 yellow ones. I took a pic next to one at night once and stopped and talked to the kid with another one but his shift linkage was broke, either one of them you???

Wasn't me but I am in that area quite a bit. It seems like one hears about MSP's with blown engines or other broken things a lot. The MP3's are not perfect either but one gets the impression they are more reliable than the MSP's - maybe bc there are less on the road hence fewer problems to report or non turbo set up being less taxing.

Utah seems far away to buy a car in VA, but I imagine the gf would give you plenty of loving if you got it for her.

Yeah its a good drive lol. We'll probably fly down there to an airport closest to you and possibly have you pick us up or something. She likes the car alot so we are gonna see what we can do. We cant sell the car for what she owes but we think we can sell it for close to it. Even if its a couple grand less i'm sure your car will hold its value even with her extra tacked on. We'll talk to the bank in the next few days to see what we can do with it. I'll keep you posted.
