Ive been looking at sites for MSP's for about...... 5 hours now, and its 1:40am, and im tired
I saw a yellow (im told there is a silver one too) 2003.5 MSP at a local dealer.
Sticker price is 19,000
Incentive - 2,500
other rebate - 1,500
"S Type" deal ?????

that shows me about 15,000 dollars, not including the X-S discount. what did you all pay for yours? should i get this? what mods can i put on without obviously voiding the warranty

Welcome Local Newb Letalis. Which dealership are you shopping? I bought mine from Al Smith and will never take my car there again for service. Cary would seem to be the better customer service location for future reference if you should purchase a MSP.

As far as pricing Incentives have pushed this car so far down it's rediculous. My car was purches less that 1 year ago for 19xxx. So 15 is extremely good considering MSRP is 21,000.

As far as S plan I do not know if it is offered at this point. Use the search feature on the forum and see if that helps yield results. There are several thread already on here about MSP pricing as well.

I actually went to crossroads in cary, thats where they had it, they said they might work it down some since its the last one (yellow) but when i went online and searched their inventory it said they had 2 yellow and 2 silver. The type S discount is for the mazdas and i get it because i work at Advance Auto in Cary, i get discount on lincoln/mazda/mercury parts. But i get a 20% discount at work for the parts too, just dont see many mazda speed parts in my EPC.
