yay for my pictures (my car)

so here it is. I have been meaning to post some pics in case anyone is interested but until today, i hadnt gotten around to taking any worth showing.

be forewarned, there are a couple "issues"

1. I bought spool springs in the batch at the end of the summer and even after replacement rears were sent to me and I had them put on, they jacked the back of my car up higher than it was before. This looked terrible, and after confirming with terry that the new springs should not need to settle at all, I swapped them back out and am currently running my stock springs in the rear

2. So I had this wild idea, I was gonna put the same gorgeous pearl coat that the rest of my MSP has, on all my CF crap (hood and lip). sounded awesome, except when laid on black, the pearl looks ridiculously different than when laid on orange. Somehow it looks yellow and greenish. Terrible......F So while in some pics you can see the same gold shimmer carry into the CF from the orange, you will see in some others how weird the hood looks from different angles under varying light conditions. Sometime ill have to get the pearl removed and redone in a more appropriate color i guess, but i just have to deal with a "moldy" hood for now.

thanks for the love guys, i know this is forum can be a tough crowd so i appreciate your compliments

the grill is a replica from Eclipse21
wheels arent light. after literally 6 months or more of looking at 3202348 different wheels trying ot find a light weight one that met my high standards for looks.....i decided my wheels wouldnt have to be lightweight as long as they were no heavier than stock. And when i saw Phrisco's car all other options went right out the window. they are like 22-23 a piece which is almost identical to stock RHs i believe and i paid 250 per wheel i think. also, they only make these in 42 offset and they rub just a touch in the rear on hard cornering or sudden drops in the pavement...

im not gonna be tinting the windows i dont think, just personal preference.....and as for the suspension, see my first post for the full story but im running spool in the front and much to my displeasure, stock in the rear

Hey slug,

Thanks for the ride in your MSP. It makes me so jealous driving my car after going for a ride in yours and Craig's cars. I love your set-up and the hood looks great. I have a black hood already so i don't think the carbon fiber hood will look that different on my car.
