you know you only need a turbo timer on a non water cooled turbo right? it's been a subject of countless debates and it's pretty much decided that the benefits of a turbo timer are pretty well taken care of with water cooling now

Nah man, I know, I still like the turbo to chill a little before I actually turn the car off but I myself don't like sitting in the car the extra time. I was a decent deal so I said **** it, plus they're pretty funny to mess with ppl.

maybe so but its not going to hurt anything either so why not for peice of mind. Kind of like running full syn and still changing out the oil every 3k.

I told my buddy he could take it... soon as he put the ebrake down it died, and he got ALL confused when he tried to restart it.. good times.

No disrepect Dub, but if your car is blowing smoke, how do you know its the cat?

Cause all the other local msp guys running catless blow the same smoke out their exhaust, plus the intense smell of burnt gas is kinda a give away. lol.

Trust me, I've had other ppl rev so I could be back there to see if its gas, or oil.

That too, no cats, one 6" long res, one cannon straight through muffler leaves hardly any restriction.

If I shift at the right time, the car back fires every time.
