If you are interested please send a pic of your tip as I hear there can be cracks in that model. I'm willing to live with some but just want to see what it looks like.

Would be great if someone is in the NOVA area wants to so we can just meet and switch. But willing to do the shipping thing also.

Yup, was in the same boat as you. I had changed my stock Racing Beat muffler under warrenty when the tip cracked. They installed me the round one that you have. Then I wanted to get my exhaust done, 2.5 inch front to back. Once that done, w/ the round muffler, it was loud as hell. One week later, I asked on some local boards for the same trade. Found someone and now it's the best thing I've done. The car sounds nice, it still has an aggressive sound but is not loud at all. You'll like it a lot more...

Yeah as long as it's a mazda part and the dealership didn't do something 'creative' :-D
