metal shops give 135 a piece for import cats. Thats what. If you have one find a metal place near and get some cash! High flow cats dont count.

you will not get near 135...

theres a shop that specifically buys cats, stainless and other metals near me, and i sold a big cat off of a nissan pathfinder and it was only 65.. which is still good...

i would think these would only be around 35-40

do you get more for newer ones, had a fail on the emission test back in Illinois, shop said it was the cat, but i was under government warranty so i got it for free, then about less than a year later i discovered ProtegeGarage and put on a header...and now that i'm in Wisconsin, i don't need emission testing, so i guess i could sell it... ...well that's about my life story...lol

$125 if you know who to bring it to. I should know,
I just scraped mine out last month when I got a corksport j pipe
back exhaust.

shops around here love the things they pay top dollar and teh price for them keeps going up was 90 last year and this year I got 135. Doesnt matter if they dont pass emissions its the metal inside they want. Does depend on length though.

i'm a registered core buyer i get anywhere from 50 to 500.00 for cats the mazda ones are considered small import depending on how big the shop is you should get 135.00 to 155.00 anywhere between there is a fair and good price i pay 150.00 for them and process them and still make money! just being honest and fair if you have any other kind let me know i'll buy them from you or let you know how much you should get for them just trying to help out fellow mazda owners (they contain platnum,redeum and pladium)
