these are pretty rare in Europe and i searched for ever to find one.

What are you willing to pay? I've got one that's sitting about 30 feet from me right now. Of course it doesn't matter, but it's got brand new paint, but my bumper has orange peel, so it stands out too much to leave it on and am considering selling it instead of painting the bumper cover too...

the main problem is shipping

drew had an idea to cut the lip in half so it will be a lot cheaper to ship
