wrx waxes msp??

I've got one locally that constantly taunts my car and what can I do, He throws 170 to the ground, me 144! It's gonna take a lot of tuning to touch them and hopefully they stay completely stock or simple bolt ons. Whats the best high power streetable turbo for an msp to get a few more horses out of this engine? The T-25 is just T-2 small.

ummm he "kept up" while I had you in the car with me and he was by himself in your car. I don't know if you can call that keeping up. You were totally stock at the time though, it would be a tooootally different story now.
